Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We have secure credit card system to accept payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours by First Class Post (UK deliveries), in normal conditions. In the unlikely event of you not having received your order after 7 days, please call us. For overseas deliveries please allow up to 10 days, although every effort will be made to have your order with you as quickly as possible. Any out of stock items will be sent later, free of additional postage charges.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at 17.5% - Non UK customers please place your order via e-mail if you wish to have the VAT deducted from your invoice.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with each product that you order from us. Should you for any reason not be satisfied, we will refund or exchange any product you send back to us within 7 days although unfortunately postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. If you have not purchased your Spiezia product via this website, or direct from us, then please contact the retailer where you purchased the product and seek refunds/exchanges from the retailer directly. Regrettably we can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit
