Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on add to basket and proceed to the checkout.  You’ll have the option to checkout as a guest (without registering), login to your account, or create a new account. We’ll ask you for your billing and shipping details and for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We have secure credit card system to accept payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard but unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, JCB, or Diners Club cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

Tax Charges

All prices include VAT at 20% - Non EU customers please place your order via e-mail if you wish to have the VAT deducted from your invoice. Customers who reside in countries that are part of the EU are required to pay VAT, this includes France, Italy, Spain and Ireland.

International Orders

We welcome orders from overseas. Place your order and create and account with us and we’ll be able to apply the correct VAT / Tax to your order and calculate your shipping rate correctly. Please note that any customs / import charges that are imposed on orders are the responsibility of the customer and not of Spiezia Organics ltd.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Spiezia Organics Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Promotions / Money Off Vouchers

When running promotions on the Spiezia Organics website, we reserve the right to prevent the use of additional discount codes / vouchers. Products within promotions cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offers.
