1) We still believe Nature does it best. All our products are truly authentic, created using the original methods and formulations created by Dr Spiezia. These methods integrate modern science with ancient wisdom to create beautiful and effective products that will benefit the whole family.
2)100% Organic means organic through and through. We still hand produce and finish everything on one of the first organic farms to be established in Cornwall. At the heart of each of our products lies a maceration of organic oils and herbs, biodynamically matured to harness the energy of the sun and moon. This is an essential part of the Spiezia production process which ensures that the naturally occurring chemicals from the herbs and flowers we use develop gently for a full cycle of the moon.
3) Spiezia led the way. Spiezia was first organic skincare range to gain 100% accreditation from the Soil Association across every single product. And we are still recognised as the leading and original 100% organic skincare brand.
4) Spiezia has tiny feet. Our packaging reduces our carbon footprint as well as celebrating our Cornish roots. A recent redesign has been awarded an international design award, reduced our carbon footprint and environmental impact by 12% and even reduced breakages to 0.08%. All the bottles and jars are made from recycled glass, all the cardboard sleeves are recycled and all the lids are recyclable aluminium.
5) Spiezia cares for the environment. All our ingredients are completely bio-degradable and the only bi-product from production is water. That’s why we are really popular with people who love and appreciate Nature, health and beauty.
6) Spiezia lifestyle benefits. Over 8 years ago Spiezia Organics developed a number of therapeutic, holistic spa treatments which have been trademarked and introduced into many UK spas, including some of the top hotels and spas in Cornwall. These treatments are also used in our Made for Life™ events.
7) Spiezia set up the Made for Life™ Foundation to provide support and help for women diagnosed or recovering from cancer. We have held 16 Made for Life days over the past 12 months supporting over 250 women. Our events are recognised and supported by the Mermaid Centre nurses in Cornwall, Macmillan and Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres. The Foundation is a result of our belief in the importance of always giving something back in life.
