- Ordering & Payment
- Ordering from us couldn't be simpler. Browse the range of Spiezia products and click 'add to basket'. After you have chosen all of the products you want to purchase (you can check the products you've added to your basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon at the top of the page) you need to proceed to the checkout. You may either create an account and pay for your goods, or check out as a 'guest'. Creating an account is beneficial to you as you will be able to check on your order status and save your billing and delivery details for quicker shopping next time.
- To pay for your order, follow all of the steps in the checkout and hit 'place order'. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order and another e-mail once your order has been shipped to you.
- We accept payment via Visa Credit and Debit cards, Mastercard and Maestro. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payments by American Express, Diners Club and JCB.
- 3D Secure : This scheme was introduced by banks and credit card companies to help prevent fradulent use of payment cards. If you have signed up for 3D secure (you may have done on another online shop in the past) you will have set a password. Enter your password and the payment will be accepted.
- Shipping & Delivery
- To ensure the best possible price for you, we calcuate the shipping / P&P charges by weight. For mainland UK we have P&P is between £1.95 and £4.95 depending on the products you have ordered and the service you choose. By choosing signed for / Special Delivery / or courier delivery you will need to sign for your order when it is delivered. If you are not available to accept the delivery a card will usually be left informing you how to contact the relevant delivery company and how to arrange re-delivery or to collect your goods. Please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for resending goods. We offer free shipping / P&P for orders over £50*. For our overseas customers we now calculate your shipping by weight online ensuring that you don't have to pay the horrendous airmail charges that some companies charge you.
- Shipping / P&P for international orders is calculated by the weight of your order and will be sent via 1st Class / Priority Airmail. A tracked service is available at additional cost. Typical delivery times for international orders are:
- Europe = 5-10 working days
- North America = 10 - 15 working days
- Australia = 10 - 15 working days
- R.O.W (Rest of world) = Up to 30 day
- (*UK and Northern Ireland only, 2nd class Royal Mail, if you order is over 1kg then we'll automatically upgrade you to 1st class postage.)

We are confident that you will be pleased with each product that you order from us. Should you for any reason not be satisfied we will be happy to either offer an exchange or refund. For opened products we are happy to provide replacement products to the value of the original product. For unopened products we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.
Before sending the product back to us, please contact us so that we may issue you with a returns number.
Unfortunately we cannot offer pre-paid postage unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or was sent in error.
When returning products, please ask for proof of posting or better still send using a traceable service such as recorded / signed for delivery. Regrettably we can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit
If you have not purchased your Spiezia product directly from spieziaorganics.com or via our mail order service, then please contact the retailer where you purchased the product and seek refunds/exchanges from the retailer directly.
Viewing Orders
You can view your current and past orders by logging into your account. To do this, click the icon that looks like a person from any page of the website and log in. Here you can check your current order status and print a receipt / invoice. At the time you place your order, you will have been e-mailed an order confirmation. As soon as we've dispatched your order we'll send you another e-mail to let you know it's on it's way.After signing into your account, you can update information such as your registered billing address and preferred shipping address. Keeping these updated will help speed up the time it takes to purchase your Spiezia products.
Should you find the Spiezia Organics products cheaper from one of our approved retailers*, we'll be happy to match the price. We can only price match products when you place your order by phone. Please call us on 01326 221777 with details of the product and the retailer and we'll match the price. Please note that some retailers advertise a certain percentage (%) reduction, but this often does not apply to the full Spiezia range they stock. Please check the exact product and size for the price before calling.
*our approved retailers can be found on our stockist list. We are unable to match prices of products sold on sites such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace by companies or individuals. Our price promise does not apply to products within clearance sales or sales of 'short dated' products.
Spiezia's office and shop will be open Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm excluding bank and public holidays. If you would like to place an order outside of these hours then please use the website or leave a message on our voicemail system with your name and telephone number and we'll get back to you as soon as we next open. We welcome people to visit us at Gear Farm. You can purchase the products directly from our office as well as sample products you might not have tried before.
At Spiezia, we produce our products in small batches. While this cost a little more to do, it means that you'll always receive the freshest product possible. The majority of our products will arrive with you with a best before date of close to 18 months (and we won't send out products with less than 6 months best before date unless we make you fully aware before you purchase). To get the very best out of the products, we recommend using the products within 6 months after opening.
