Induction Days
Once you are signed up to Spiezia@Home, we will run a induction day for you and other new associates, which will include an introduction to the company, product training, Spiezia@Home structure, sales techniques and give you everything you need to be able to run your first party.
Once you confirm your interest and availability for a training day we will organise the paperwork and arrange all of the next steps. When you sign up to Spiezia@Home you will receive the induction, training and a party starter kit worth over £650, everything you need to get partying and earning straight away. For this there is an initial commitment payment to be made of just £175 (inc VAT), which you should reap back very quickly in earnings.
To give you an idea of how this has worked so far; on average, party sales are £400 with between 6 and 8 guests – the feedback we get is that it’s easy, no hard selling, just letting people smell, touch and understand the products, with a little gentle pampering thrown in.
Your only commitment is your first investment for the Starter Kit and to book a minimum of 3 parties over an 8-week period following the training. After that we agree on how many you run per week – the more you do of course, the more you earn.
